Nicole's career in transportation wasn't theoretical. It was built in the trenches — working driver acquisition, marketplace growth, and sales leadership at organizations where the pressure to perform was real and the margin for error was thin.

That experience made one thing clear: most fleets don't simply have a lead problem. They have a relationship problem.
